Griffon CEO Ronald Kramer's 2020 pay jumps 39% to $16M

Griffon reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on December 16, 2020.
In 2020, four Griffon executives received on average a compensation package of $6.3M, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald J. Kramer, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2019. 46% of Kramer's compensation, or $7.5M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Kramer also received $1.1M in salary, $7.2M in stock awards, as well as $406K in other compensation.
Robert F. Mehmel, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.4M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in stock awards.
Brian G. Harris, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Seth L. Kaplan, General Counsel, received $1.8M in 2020, which decreases by 8% compared to 2019.
Griffon's fiscal year ends on September 30.
