Griffon CEO Ronald Kramer's 2022 pay falls 27% to $14M

Griffon reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 30, 2023.
In 2022, four Griffon executives received on average a compensation package of $5.9M, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Ronald J. Kramer, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 27% compared to 2021. 63% of Kramer's compensation, or $9.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Kramer also received $1.2M in salary, $3.6M in stock awards, as well as $408K in other compensation.
Robert F. Mehmel, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.4M, which decreased by 14% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Brian G. Harris, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2022, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Seth L. Kaplan, General Counsel, received $2M in 2022, which decreases by 11% compared to 2021.
Griffon's fiscal year ends on September 30.
