Griffon reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on January 29, 2024.
In 2023, four Griffon executives received on average a compensation package of $5.6M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Ronald J. Kramer, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2022. 69% of Kramer's compensation, or $9.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Kramer also received $1.2M in salary, $2.4M in stock awards, as well as $398K in other compensation.
Robert F. Mehmel, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.8M, which decreased by 10% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Brian G. Harris, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2023, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Seth L. Kaplan, General Counsel, received $2.1M in 2023, which increases by 7% compared to 2022.
Griffon's fiscal year ends on September 30.
