Groupon reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, six Groupon executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Rich Williams, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2017. 89% of Williams' compensation, or $9M, was in stock awards. Williams also received $360K in non-equity incentive plan, $750K in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.

Steve Krenzer, Chief Operating Officer, received $2M in 2018, which decreases by 58% compared to 2017.
Brian Stevens, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Melissa Thomas, Chief Accounting Officer, received $812K in 2018.
