GrubHub reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 9, 2020.
In 2019, five GrubHub executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew Maloney, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.8M in total, which decreased by 17% compared to 2018. 44% of Maloney's compensation, or $3.5M, was in option awards.
