Guess' reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 26, 2021.
In 2021, three Guess' executives received on average a compensation package of $6.7M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul Marciano, Chief Creative Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 76% compared to 2020. 28% of Marciano's compensation, or $3.2M, was in bonus. Marciano also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $870K in salary, $3M in stock awards, as well as $296K in other compensation.
Carlos Alberini, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $7.2M, which decreased by 58% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Kathryn Anderson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2021, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Guess''s fiscal year ends on January 30.
