Guidewire Software reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on November 3, 2021.
In 2021, five executives at Guidewire Software received on average a compensation package of $4.1M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Mike Rosenbaum, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.2M in total, which decreased by 58% compared to 2020. 80% of Rosenbaum's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Rosenbaum also received $851K in non-equity incentive plan, $750K in salary, as well as $5.7K in other compensation.
Priscilla Hung, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 19% compared to previous year. 82% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in stock awards.

Winston King, Chief Administrative Officer, received $2.6M in 2021, which increases by 21% compared to 2020.
Jeff Cooper, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.8M in 2021, a 55% decrease compared to previous year.
Guidewire Software's fiscal year ends on July 31.
