Harley-Davidson reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 9, 2020.
In 2019, seven executives at Harley-Davidson received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Matthew S. Levatich, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2018. 47% of Levatich's compensation, or $5.2M, was in stock awards. Levatich also received $3.5M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $107K in other compensation.
Michelle A. Kumbier, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.9M, which increased by 48% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in stock awards.
John A. Olin, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4M in 2019, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Paul J. Jones, General Counsel, received $3.2M in 2019, which increases by 40% compared to 2018.
Neil Grimmer, Former President, Harley-Davidson Brand, earned $3.1M in 2019.
Lawrence G. Hund, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.6M in 2019, which decreases by 22% compared to 2018.
Luke C. Mansfield, Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, earned $1.3M in 2019.
