Harley-Davidson reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.

J. Darrell Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2020.
Luke C. Mansfield, Vice President Motorcycle Management, received $1.1M in 2020, which decreases by 13% compared to 2019.
Gina Goetter, Chief Financial Officer, earned $466K in 2020.
