Harley-Davidson reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 1, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Harley-Davidson received on average a compensation package of $5.1M, a 47% increase compared to previous year.

Jochen Zeitz, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 93% compared to 2020. 36% of Zeitz's compensation, or $6.4M, was in option awards. Zeitz also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.5M in salary, $6M in stock awards, as well as $171K in other compensation.
Gina Goetter, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 337% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Edel O'Sullivan, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2M in 2021.
Bryan Niketh, SVP Motor Company Product & Ops HDMC, received $1.8M in 2021.
Jagdish Krishnan, Chief Digital Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021.
