Harsco reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on March 19, 2009.
In 2008, five Harsco executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Salvatore D. Fazzolari, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2007. 37% of Fazzolari's compensation, or $919K, was in stock awards. Fazzolari also received $527K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $129K in non-equity incentive plan, $850K in salary, as well as $45K in other compensation.
Geoffrey D. H. Butler, Chairman, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 38% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $735K, was in stock awards.
Richard C. Neuffer, Chairman, earned $1.4M in 2008, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Mark E. Kimmel, Chief Administrative Officer, received $898K in 2008, which decreases by 6% compared to 2007.
Stephen J. Schnoor, Chief Financial Officer, earned $701K in 2008, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
