Harsco reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 23, 2011.
In 2010, seven Harsco executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 54% increase compared to previous year.
Salvatore D. Fazzolari, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 183% compared to 2009. 69% of Fazzolari's compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Fazzolari also received $332K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $134K in non-equity incentive plan, $890K in salary, as well as $61K in other compensation.

Mark E. Kimmel, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $1.2M in 2010, a 84% increase compared to previous year.
Geoffrey D. H. Butler, Chairman, received $1.2M in 2010, which decreases by 51% compared to 2009.
Richard C. Neuffer, Chairman, earned $859K in 2010, a 27% decrease compared to previous year.
