Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner's 2018 pay falls 28% to $8.5M

Hasbro reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 2, 2019.
In 2018, five Hasbro executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian Goldner, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2017. 40% of Goldner's compensation, or $3.4M, was in option awards. Goldner also received $89K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.6M in salary, $3M in stock awards, as well as $433K in other compensation.
John Frascotti, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.8M, which increased by 53% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Deborah Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.4M in 2018, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer, received $2.7M in 2018, which decreases by 10% compared to 2017.
Wiebe Tinga, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.6M in 2018, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Hasbro's fiscal year ends on December 27.
