Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner's 2019 pay jumps 111% to $18M

Hasbro reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 1, 2020.
In 2019, five Hasbro executives received on average a compensation package of $7.2M, a 49% increase compared to previous year.
Brian Goldner, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 111% compared to 2018. 36% of Goldner's compensation, or $6.4M, was in stock awards. Goldner also received $50K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $5.9M in option awards, $1.6M in salary, as well as $166K in other compensation.
John Frascotti, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.1M, which increased by 4% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
Deborah Thomas, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.4M in 2019, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Wiebe Tinga, Former Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, received $3.2M in 2019, which increases by 25% compared to 2018.
Stephen Davis, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.1M in 2019, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Hasbro's fiscal year ends on December 27.
