HCI Group reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, five HCI Group executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Paresh Patel, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.3M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 33% of Patel's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Patel also received $569K in bonus, $939K in option awards, $950K in salary, as well as $408K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2018, the median employee pay was $41,017 at HCI Group. Therefore, the ratio of Paresh Patel's pay to the median employee pay was 104 to one.
Mark Harmsworth, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $622K, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $314K, was in salary.
Andrew L. Graham, General Counsel, earned $509K in 2018, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
Karin Coleman, Executive Vice President, received $481K in 2018, which increases by 23% compared to 2017.
Anthony Saravanos, President, Real Estate Division, earned $473K in 2018, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
