HCP reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 12, 2020.
In 2019, five HCP executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas M. Herzog, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2018. 60% of Herzog's compensation, or $5.9M, was in stock awards. Herzog also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
