HEICO reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on February 7, 2019.

Victor H. Mendelson, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.8M in total, which increased by 10% compared to 2017. 48% of Mendelson's compensation, or $3.8M, was in option awards. Mendelson also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $956K in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
Eric A. Mendelson, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $7.8M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $3.8M, was in option awards.
Laurans A. Mendelson, Chief Executive Officer, earned $6.8M in 2018, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Carlos L. Macau, Jr, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.1M in 2018, which increases by 17% compared to 2017.
Steven M. Walker, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $822K in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
HEICO's fiscal year ends on October 31.
