Herbalife reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 16, 2020.
In 2018, six Herbalife executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard Goudis, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.1M in total, which decreased by 8% compared to 2017. 82% of Goudis' compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Goudis also received $1M in salary and $102K in other compensation.
