Hexcel reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 23, 2022.
In 2021, five Hexcel executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Nick L. Stanage, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.8M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2020. 42% of Stanage's compensation, or $4.1M, was in stock awards. Stanage also received $929K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.5M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $138K in other compensation.
