Highlands REIT CEO Richard Vance's 2019 pay rises 1% to $2.8M

Highlands REIT reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 3, 2020.
In 2019, three executives at Highlands REIT received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Richard Vance, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.8M in total, which increased by 1% compared to 2018. 40% of Vance's compensation, or $1.1M, was in bonus. Vance also received $560K in salary, $1.1M in stock awards, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Robert Lange, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 26% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $875K, was in bonus.
Paul Melkus, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 64% increase compared to previous year.
