Highlands REIT reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 15, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at Highlands REIT received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Richard Vance, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2020. 52% of Vance's compensation, or $2M, was in stock awards. Vance also received $1.2M in bonus, $600K in salary, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Robert Lange, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.6M, which increased by 22% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Kimberly Karas, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $632K in 2021, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
