Hill International reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 30, 2021.
In 2020, three executives at Hill International received on average a compensation package of $866K, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Raouf S. Ghali, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 40% compared to 2019. 54% of Ghali's compensation, or $725K, was in salary. Ghali also received $135K in non-equity incentive plan, $450K in stock awards, as well as $34K in other compensation.
Abdo E. Kardous, Regional President Middle East, received a compensation package of $677K, which decreased by 33% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $525K, was in salary.
Todd Weintraub, Chief Financial Officer, earned $578K in 2020, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
