In 2023, three HilleVax executives received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 562% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at HilleVax
Robert Hershberg, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.7M in total, which increased by 854% compared to 2022. 54% of Hershberg's compensation, or $5.3M, was in option awards. Hershberg also received $373K in bonus, $636K in salary, $3.4M in stock awards, as well as $26K in other compensation.
Aditya Kohli, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 421% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
Astrid Borkowski, Chief Medical Officer, earned $2.8M in 2023.
