HNI reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 21, 2019.
In 2018, six HNI executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Stan A. Askren, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 12% compared to 2017. 49% of Askren's compensation, or $2.3M, was in option awards. Askren also received $9.9K in bonus, $992K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $147K in other compensation.
Jeffrey D. Lorenger, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 85% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in option awards.
Kurt A. Tjaden, President, HNI International Senior Vice President, HNI Corporation, earned $1.4M in 2018, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Vincent P. Berger, President, Hearth & Home Technologies Executive Vice President, HNI Corporation, received $1.3M in 2018, which increases by 31% compared to 2017.
Marshall H. Bridges, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
Brandon T. Sieben, President, Allsteel, received $998K in 2018.
HNI's fiscal year ends on December 28.
