HNI CEO Jeffrey Lorenger's 2019 pay jumps 55% to $4.2M

HNI reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 26, 2020.
In 2019, five HNI executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey D. Lorenger, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which increased by 55% compared to 2018. 46% of Lorenger's compensation, or $1.9M, was in option awards. Lorenger also received $13K in bonus, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $923K in salary, as well as $185K in other compensation.
Marshall H. Bridges, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which increased by 23% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $473K, was in salary.
Kurt A. Tjaden, President, HNI International Senior Vice President, HNI Corporation, earned $1.4M in 2019, which is about the same as previous year.
Vincent P. Berger, President, Hearth & Home Technologies Executive Vice President, HNI Corporation, received $1.3M in 2019, which increases by 1% compared to 2018.
B. Brandon Bullock, President, The HON Company, earned $1.1M in 2019.
HNI's fiscal year ends on December 28.
