HollyFrontier reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 25, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at HollyFrontier received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Michael C. Jennings, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.6M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2019. 61% of Jennings' compensation, or $4.6M, was in stock awards. Jennings also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $287K in other compensation.
Timothy Go, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.8M. 68% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Richard L. Voliva, III, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.1M in 2020, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas G. Creery, Senior Vice President, Commercial, received $2.3M in 2020, which increases by 11% compared to 2019.
Bruce A. Lerner, President, HollyFrontier Lubricants & Specialties, earned $1.7M in 2020.
