Hologic reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 22, 2020.
In 2019, five Hologic executives received on average a compensation package of $4.6M, a 48% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen P. MacMillan, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 71% compared to 2018. 57% of MacMillan's compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards.
