Hologic reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 19, 2023.
In 2022, five Hologic executives received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Stephen P. MacMillan, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2021. 53% of MacMillan's compensation, or $7.6M, was in stock awards.
