Home Depot reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 6, 2020.
In 2019, seven Home Depot executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Craig A. Menear, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2018. 55% of Menear's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Menear also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $98K in other compensation.
Carol B. Tom, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.2M, which decreased by 20% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $3M, was in stock awards.
Mark Q. Holifield, Executive Vice President – Supply Chain & Product Development, earned $3.8M in 2019, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Edward P. Decker, Executive Vice President – Merchandising, received $3.8M in 2019, which decreases by 5% compared to 2018.
Ann-Marie Campbell, Executive Vice President – U.S. Stores, earned $3.7M in 2019.
Matthew A. Carey, Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, received $3.7M in 2019, which decreases by 5% compared to 2018.
Richard V. McPhail, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2019.
Home Depot's fiscal year ends on January 30.
