Home Depot reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 5, 2021.
In 2020, six Home Depot executives received on average a compensation package of $6.6M, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Craig A. Menear, Chief Executive Officer, received $14M in total, which increased by 29% compared to 2019. 42% of Menear's compensation, or $5.9M, was in stock awards. Menear also received $5.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $104K in other compensation.
Edward P. Decker, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 57% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Ann-Marie Campbell, Executive Vice President – U.S. Stores and International Operations, earned $5.3M in 2020, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Richard V. McPhail, Chief Financial Officer, received $5M in 2020, which increases by 117% compared to 2019.
Mark Q. Holifield, Executive Vice President – Supply Chain & Product Development, earned $4.9M in 2020, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew A. Carey, Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, received $4.7M in 2020, which increases by 28% compared to 2019.
Home Depot's fiscal year ends on January 30.
