Home Depot reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 4, 2022.
In 2021, five Home Depot executives received on average a compensation package of $7.1M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Craig A. Menear, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2020. 45% of Menear's compensation, or $5.8M, was in stock awards. Menear also received $4.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $72K in other compensation.
Edward P. Decker, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $8.2M, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $3.6M, was in stock awards.
Ann-Marie Campbell, Executive Vice President – U.S. Stores and International Operations, earned $5.1M in 2021, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard V. McPhail, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.5M in 2021, which decreases by 8% compared to 2020.
Matthew A. Carey, Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, earned $4.5M in 2021, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Home Depot's fiscal year ends on January 30.
