HP CEO Enrique Lores' 2021 pay jumps 65% to $21M

HP reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on February 23, 2022.
In 2021, five HP executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 62% increase compared to previous year.
Enrique J. Lores, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 65% compared to 2020. 51% of Lores' compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Lores also received $4.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $4.1M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $428K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $67,667 at HP. Therefore, the ratio of Enrique J. Lores' pay to the median employee pay was 306 to one.
Christoph Schell, Former Chief Commercial Officer , received a compensation package of $10M, which increased by 57% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $5.4M, was in stock awards.
Alex Cho, President, Personal Systems, earned $9M in 2021, a 59% increase compared to previous year.
Tuan Tran, President, Print, received $8.3M in 2021.
Marie Myers, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7.2M in 2021, a 169% increase compared to previous year.
HP's fiscal year ends on October 31.
