HUBBELL reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 22, 2021.
In 2019, six HUBBELL executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
David G. Nord, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which decreased by 26% compared to 2018. 48% of Nord's compensation, or $2.7M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Nord also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in salary, as well as $244K in other compensation.
Gerben W. Bakker, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.9M, which increased by 49% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $914K, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
William R. Sperry, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 33% decrease compared to previous year.
Allan J. Connolly, Group President, received $1.6M in 2019.
Katherine A. Lane, General Counsel, earned $1M in 2019.
Rodd R. Ruland, Executive Vice President, Transition and Integration, received $1M in 2019, which decreases by 43% compared to 2018.
