HUBBELL reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 22, 2021.
In 2020, seven HUBBELL executives received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 60% increase compared to previous year.
David G. Nord, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which increased by 59% compared to 2019. 43% of Nord's compensation, or $3.9M, was in stock awards. Nord also received $2.1M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $644K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in option awards, $915K in salary, as well as $215K in other compensation.
Gerben W. Bakker, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $6.7M, which increased by 128% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
William R. Sperry, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2020, a 63% increase compared to previous year.
Allan J. Connolly, President, Utility Solutions Segment, received $2.4M in 2020, which increases by 45% compared to 2019.
Stephen M. Mais, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, earned $2M in 2020.
Rodd R. Ruland, Executive Vice President, Transition and Integration, received $1.7M in 2020, which increases by 74% compared to 2019.
Katherine A. Lane, General Counsel, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
