HUBBELL reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 21, 2022.
In 2021, five HUBBELL executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Gerben W. Bakker, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.1M in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2020. 51% of Bakker's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Bakker also received $824K in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in option awards, $973K in salary, as well as $136K in other compensation.
William R. Sperry, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Allan J. Connolly, President, Utility Solutions Segment, earned $2.3M in 2021, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter J. Lau, President, Electrical Solutions Segment, received $1.8M in 2021.
Katherine A. Lane, General Counsel, earned $1.6M in 2021, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
