Humana CEO Bruce Broussard's 2020 pay slips 1% to $16M

Humana reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 10, 2021.
In 2020, five Humana executives received on average a compensation package of $6.6M, which is about the same as previous year.
Bruce D. Broussard, Chief Executive Officer, received $16M in total, which decreased by 1% compared to 2019. 52% of Broussard's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Broussard also received $3.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $528K in other compensation.
Brian A. Kane, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
T. Alan Wheatley, Segment President, Retail, earned $4.1M in 2020, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Timothy S. Huval, Chief Administrative Officer, received $3.5M in 2020, which decreases by 1% compared to 2019.
William K. Fleming, PharmD, Segment President, Clinical and Pharmacy Solutions, earned $3.3M in 2020, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
