Humana reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 9, 2022.
In 2021, six Humana executives received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Bruce D. Broussard, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 59% of Broussard's compensation, or $9.8M, was in stock awards. Broussard also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.8M in option awards, $1.3M in salary, as well as $445K in other compensation.
Brian A. Kane, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.6M, which is about the same as previous year. 55% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in stock awards.
T. Alan Wheatley, Segment President, Retail, earned $4.2M in 2021, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Susan M. Diamond, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.1M in 2021.
Timothy S. Huval, Chief Administrative Officer, earned $3.5M in 2021, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
William K. Fleming, PharmD, Segment President Pharmacy Solutions & Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, received $3.2M in 2021, which decreases by 3% compared to 2020.
