Hyatt Hotels reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 4, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at Hyatt Hotels received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark S. Hoplamazian, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2017. 53% of Hoplamazian's compensation, or $6.6M, was in stock awards. Hoplamazian also received $2.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $32K in other compensation.
Thomas J. Pritzker, Chairman, received a compensation package of $5.1M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 89% of the compensation package, or $4.5M, was in option awards.
H. Charles Floyd, Executive Vice President, Global President of Operations, earned $4M in 2018, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Patrick J. Grismer, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.9M in 2018, which decreases by 25% compared to 2017.
Mark R. Vondrasek, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2018.
Joan Bottarini, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.1M in 2018.
