Hyatt Hotels CEO Mark Hoplamazian's 2019 pay rises 18% to $15M

Hyatt Hotels reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 6, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Hyatt Hotels received on average a compensation package of $6.1M, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Mark S. Hoplamazian, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2018. 63% of Hoplamazian's compensation, or $9.2M, was in stock awards. Hoplamazian also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.4M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.
Thomas J. Pritzker, Chairman, received a compensation package of $5.6M, which increased by 10% compared to previous year. 89% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in option awards.
H. Charles Floyd, Executive Vice President, Global President of Operations, earned $4.3M in 2019, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Mark R. Vondrasek, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, received $3M in 2019, which increases by 8% compared to 2018.
Joan Bottarini, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.8M in 2019, a 159% increase compared to previous year.
