Hyatt Hotels reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Hyatt Hotels received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 91% increase compared to previous year.
Mark S. Hoplamazian, Chief Executive Officer, received $24M in total, which increased by 85% compared to 2020. 70% of Hoplamazian's compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards.
