IAA reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 23, 2020.
In 2019, five IAA executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 94% increase compared to previous year.
John Kett, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 54% compared to 2018. 29% of Kett's compensation, or $802K, was in stock awards. Kett also received $705K in non-equity incentive plan, $577K in option awards, $613K in salary, as well as $37K in other compensation.
Vance Johnston, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M. 55% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Tim O'Day, President, U.S. Operations, earned $1.5M in 2019, a 106% increase compared to previous year.
Sidney Peryar, Chief Legal Officer, received $1M in 2019, which increases by 96% compared to 2018.
Maju Abraham, Senior Vice President, and Chief Information Officer, earned $789K in 2019, a 91% increase compared to previous year.
IAA's fiscal year ends on December 29.
