IAA CEO John Kett's 2021 pay rises 16% to $5M

IAA reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 2, 2022.
In 2021, six IAA executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
John Kett, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2020. 54% of Kett's compensation, or $2.7M, was in stock awards. Kett also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $735K in salary, as well as $34K in other compensation.
Tim O'Day, President, U.S. Operations, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which increased by 49% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $975K, was in stock awards.
Vance Johnston, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2021, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Sidney Peryar, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.4M in 2021, which increases by 45% compared to 2020.
Maju Abraham, Senior Vice President, and Chief Information Officer, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Susan Healy, Chief Financial Officer, received $955K in 2021.
IAA's fiscal year ends on December 29.
