iBio reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on October 26, 2021.
In 2021, three iBio executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 186% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at iBio
Thomas F. Isett, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.8M in total, which increased by 171% compared to 2020. 73% of Isett's compensation, or $3.5M, was in option awards. Isett also received $760K in bonus, $526K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Randy Maddux, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M. 39% of the compensation package, or $585K, was in option awards.
Martin B. Brenner, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1M in 2021.
