iBio reported fiscal year 2024 executive compensation information on October 10, 2024.
In 2024, two iBio executives received on average a compensation package of $1M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Martin B. Brenner, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2023. 41% of Brenner's compensation, or $522K, was in salary. Brenner also received $209K in non-equity incentive plan, $518K in option awards, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Felipe Duran, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $762K, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $361K, was in salary.
iBio's fiscal year ends on June 30.
