ICAD reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on May 16, 2008.
In 2007, five ICAD executives received on average a compensation package of $538K, a 50% increase compared to previous year.
Kenneth Ferry, Chief Executive Officer, received $912K in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2006. 34% of Ferry's compensation, or $314K, was in salary. Ferry also received $268K in bonus, $192K in option awards, $119K in stock awards, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Darlene Deptula-Hicks, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $524K, which increased by 141% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $213K, was in salary.
Jonathan Go, Senior Vice President of Research and Development, earned $451K in 2007, a 229% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey Barnes, Senior Vice President of Sales, received $421K in 2007, which increases by 20% compared to 2006.
Stacey Stevens, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, earned $383K in 2007, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
