ICAD reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 2, 2022.
In 2021, four ICAD executives received on average a compensation package of $953K, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Michael Klein, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2020. 74% of Klein's compensation, or $1.4M, was in option awards. Klein also received $472K in salary and $9.4K in other compensation.
Stacey Stevens, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $773K, which increased by 55% compared to previous year. 53% of the compensation package, or $407K, was in option awards.
Charles Carter, Chief Financial Officer, earned $744K in 2021.
Jonathan Go, Chief Technology Officer, received $431K in 2021, which increases by 1% compared to 2020.
