ICAD reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2022, five ICAD executives received on average a compensation package of $377K, a 60% decrease compared to previous year.
Stacey Stevens, Chief Executive Officer, received $816K in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2021. 51% of Stevens' compensation, or $418K, was in option awards. Stevens also received $383K in salary and $15K in other compensation.
Jonathan Go, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $405K, which decreased by 6% compared to previous year. 78% of the compensation package, or $318K, was in salary.
Charles Carter, Chief Financial Officer, earned $378K in 2022, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Klein, Chief Executive Officer, received $163K in 2022, which decreases by 91% compared to 2021.
Dana Brown, Chief Executive Officer, earned $121K in 2022.
