ICF International reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 29, 2008.
In 2007, five executives at ICF International received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Sudhakar Kesavan, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2006. 67% of Kesavan's compensation, or $1.5M, was in bonus. Kesavan also received $97K in option awards, $396K in salary, $233K in stock awards, as well as $6.2K in other compensation.
John Wasson, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 64% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in bonus.
Alan Stewart, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2007, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Gerald Croan, Executive Vice President, received $747K in 2007, which increases by 159% compared to 2006.
Ellen Glover, Executive Vice President, earned $526K in 2007, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
