IDEX reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 20, 2020.
In 2019, five IDEX executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew K. Silvernail, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.1M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2018. 42% of Silvernail's compensation, or $3.8M, was in stock awards. Silvernail also received $1.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.7M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $445K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2019, the median employee pay was $66,703 at IDEX. Therefore, the ratio of Andrew K. Silvernail's pay to the median employee pay was 137 to one.
Eric D. Ashleman, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $4.5M, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in stock awards.
William K. Grogan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2019, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Denise R. Cade, General Counsel, received $2M in 2019, which decreases by 13% compared to 2018.
Jeffrey D. Bucklew, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
