IDEX reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 23, 2021.
In 2020, six IDEX executives received on average a compensation package of $3.2M, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at IDEX
Andrew K. Silvernail, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.9M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2019. 40% of Silvernail's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Silvernail also received $2.7M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $1.6M in other compensation.
Eric D. Ashleman, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which decreased by 25% compared to previous year. 33% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
William K. Grogan, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.4M in 2020, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Denise R. Cade, General Counsel, received $1.8M in 2020, which decreases by 8% compared to 2019.
Jeffrey D. Bucklew, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $1.5M in 2020, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel J. Salliotte, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, received $1.1M in 2020.
